Steps to Buying Your Dream Home at Vista Communities

  • Think of your consultant as a friendly guide. We’ll listen to what matters — layout, bedrooms, finishes, timing, budget — and recommend homes and homesites that fit your goals.

    1. Get a Move-In Ready Home Already On A Lot for a simpler process and quicker move-in date. You can be in your new home in as little as two weeks!

    2. Order a Custom Home and Select Your Lot that fit your unique needs. There are a selection of home builders and custom finishes to choose from. Timing averages 8-12 weeks for home construction, delivery and installation.

  • Get ready to buy your home and lease your lot.

    1. Finance Your New Home. Apply with our Community Sales & Leasing Agent to submit to our lending partners.

    2. Apply for Lot. Qualify for lot leasing in the community via proof of income, credit and background checks.

  • Once financing and documents are complete, we’ll schedule closing. You’ll sign final paperwork and receive the keys to your new home!
